The Role
As SDR Team Lead for the Portuguese Market youll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. Youll coach support and empower them to prospect smarter qualify better and build meaningful connections with top-level decision-makers.
Youll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership all while helping your squad reach ambitious goals and enjoy the ride.
What will you be doing
Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the Portuguese market; your energy guidance and example will set the tone.
Turn KPIs into action: analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results.
Coach your team to success through ongoing training sessions daily feedback and practical development plans tailored to their growth.
Keep motivation high! Foster a positive dynamic and collaborative culture where people feel empowered to take ownership.
Partner with Sales Managers AEs and Marketing to define a unified effective prospecting strategy that opens real opportunities.
Ensure your team consistently hits their individual and team goals from MRR and demos to quality outreach.
Work with Sales Enablement & RevOps to ensure your team is trained on the latest tools techniques and messaging.
Collaborate closely with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director to share insights and continuously improve the SDR <> AE handoff.
Make sure that in your squad sales is both fun and impactful. We win as a team and we celebrate as one too!
Your Profile
Possess a Hunter & Farmer mentality demonstrating hunger persistence and a strong work ethic.
Have at least 2 years of experience inB2B saleswithin SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
Experience leading a team of SDR / BDR and managing people or or significant experience as a senior SDR.
Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
Excel as a communicator quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
Proactively generate and champion new ideas demonstrating initiative and creativity.
Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.
You speak Portuguese as an expert and excellent level of English.
