Were looking for a Technical Field Support Manager to join our Operations Team based in Brisbane QLD.

What will you be doing

  • Co-ordinate field support team ensuring a quick response and corrective action time for technical inquires and training requests

  • Set and monitor appropriate team KPIs

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support during the installation commissioning and maintenance phases of KONE products

  • Resolve technical issues identified by manufacturing installation and maintenance teams

  • Ensure products are installed in compliance with KONEs safety process and quality requirements

  • Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions

  • Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or another relevant field

  • 5 years leadership experience

  • 5 years experience in a Technical Support role

  • Elevator industry experience essential
