Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Support Technician to assist with the upkeep and organization of our CNC machine this role youll support the maintenance team with daily tasks help keep machines running smoothly and ensure the shop remains clean safe and well-stocked.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and potentially grow into a more technical position over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist maintenance technicians with routine tasks and minor repairs.
Refill fluids in CNC machines (coolant lubricants) and monitor levels.
Help with cleaning and maintaining shop equipment and machinery.
Keep maintenance areas organized and tools properly stored.
Respond to basic maintenance requests such as clearing debris or moving parts.
Support with machine start-up/shut-down processes as directed.
Restock supplies and assist with inventory of tools parts and consumables.
Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
Communicate clearly with team members about any issues or needs.

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
Basic understanding of tools and shop equipment.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a machine shop or industrial setting.
Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus (but not required).
Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Stand walk bend and move throughout the shift.
Comfortable working around machines noise and lubricants.
