Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a Third Parties Operations Analyst to join the Corporate Programmes and Operations Team. The position will be based in Porto and you will report to the Third Parties Operations Manager.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Process Documentation and Monitoring:
Supervise the timely and accurate execution of the third parties Group processes in accordance with the applicable regulation the TPP Group Policy and the associated procedures and systems.
Maintain and ensure correct documentation and auditable evidence of all third-party process steps.
Policy and Framework Management:
Ensure that documentation matches the applicable policies regulations and processes.
Maintain and update the ICT Vendors Registers in accordance with applicable DORA regulation for the competent authorities.
Project Coordination:
Act as the primary contact for all matters relating to the execution of the Third Party process with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare all relevant third-party assessment reports for internal and external reporting.
Collaborate with other Euronext functions to understand and document requirements fostering continuous process improvement.
Your profile:
Technical Skills:
Experience in roles such as Business Analyst Operations or Process Management.
Strong operational acumen and proficiency in process execution.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to combine attention to detail with a strategic view.
Familiarity with IT InfoSec processes and third-party risk assessment.
Strong ability to document processes and ensure auditability.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Collaborative and open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive and agile in addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and priorities.
Qualifications:
University degree in engineering economics or a related technical field.
International business experience preferred.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
