JOB OVERVIEW
The IT department dedicated to WealthManagement is looking for a professional to own the design maintenance andevolution of data visualization solutions that supportinventory and IT asset management processes. This role works closely withinfrastructure cybersecurity finance and business teams to ensure:
accuracy of configuration items recorded in the CMDB
consistency of ServiceNow workflows
creation of actionable and high-impact Power BI dashboards integratedwith MAP or equivalent asset-referencing data sources.
The objective of the function is to guaranteea single source of truthfor asset data and provide meaningful metrics that supportgovernance committees and strategic decisions.
MAIN TASKS
Data Quality & KPI Governance
Design build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsfor asset and inventory KPIs (asset lifecycle utilization availability).
Translate business requirements into data models and visual analyticsthat support senior management decision-making.
Define and monitor data quality rulesexceptions and refresh schedules.
CMDB Governance
Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB orequivalent ITSM repository: ensure accurate CI relationships CI-typedefinitions and lifecycle status.
Implement data quality metrics and lead periodicCMDB health reviewsand remediation.
Define and enforce CI naming conventionsattribute standards and change-management integration.
Reference Data & MAP Integration
Synchronize reference data sets (MAP vendormaster procurement records) with the CMDB and Power BI model.
Design data-mapping and ETL/reconciliation jobsto maintain consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as liaison between IT Operations SecurityFinance APS teams and business units for asset-related reporting.
Prepare materials and participate in monthlygovernance committees presenting analyses and actionable recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
Identify automation opportunities to reducemanual entry and improve reporting frequency.
Stay updated with industry best practices for ITAM CMDB and data visualization.
Ensure all activities comply with internal auditrequirements and GDPR collaboration withIT Risk and WM Security teams.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MustHave:
Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Service(data modelling dataflows custom visuals).
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform CMDB.
Professional background in IT Asset / Inventory Managementincluding discovery classification reconciliation.
Experience working with MAP or equivalentasset-referencing tools.
SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage automation and scheduling of data refresh.
Niceto Have:
Certifications in Power BI and ITIL / ISO 19770 ITAMframeworks.
Experience in Wealth Management or FinancialServices IT.
Exposure to cloud asset management.
LANGUAGES
