Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary digital context acting as the strategic bridge between operational users and development teams. This professional will be responsible for requirements gathering structured documentation release management and acceptance testing ensuring that every User Story is implemented with quality transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and diagnose business needs through interviews workshops and meetings with operational users;

Specify functional changes and translate conceptual demands into clear User Stories understandable by developers;

Manage the entire release lifecycle from technical analysis to production implementation and user acceptance verification;

Design and execute acceptance tests analyzing results and reporting defects within ALM tools;

Work with SQL and multidimensional modeling to support data applications rules and processes;

Develop and maintain documentation: process maps diagrams feature files and knowledge articles;

Build and produce Power BI reports for committees and progress monitoring;

Promote continuous improvement initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments.

Must Have

6 years of professional experience as Business Analyst in digital or data applications;

Solid background with Jira Octane SQL advanced Power BI modeling;

Experience in Use Cases diagrams flowcharts prototypes;

Understanding of DevOps and Unix/Linux environments;

Portuguese and Spanish fluency for daily communications;

Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and delivery commitment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to insurance or banking services;

Knowledge of SAS Databricks Kong API management;

CI/CD tools and containers architecture.

Work Environment

Hybrid position in Lisbon with onshore participation;

Global multidisciplinary community and Spanish interview stage.
