Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst tojoin a multidisciplinary digital context acting as the strategic bridge betweenoperational users and development professional will be responsible for requirements gathering structureddocumentation release management and acceptance testingensuring that every User Story is implemented with quality transparency andalignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collectand diagnose business needs through interviews workshops andmeetings with operational users;

Specifyfunctional changes and translate conceptual demands into clearUser Stories understandable by developers;

Manage the entire release lifecycle from technical analysis to production implementation and user acceptanceverification;

Design and execute acceptance testsanalyzing results and reporting defects within ALM tools;

Work with SQLand multidimensional modeling to support data applicationsrules and processes;

Developand maintain documentation: process maps diagrams featurefiles and knowledge articles;

Build and produce Power BI reports forcommittees and progress monitoring;

Promote continuousimprovement initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments.

Must Have

6 years of professional experience as BusinessAnalyst in digital or data applications;

Solid background with Jira Octane SQL advanced Power BImodeling;

Experience in Use Cases diagrams flowchartsprototypes;

Understanding of DevOps and Unix/Linuxenvironments;

Portuguese and Spanish fluency for dailycommunications;

Strong analytical mindset attention to detailand delivery commitment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to insurance or banking services;

Knowledge of SAS Databricks Kong API management;

CI/CD tools and containers architecture.

Work Environment

Hybrid position in Lisbon with onshoreparticipation;
