We are looking for an Access & Value Specialist to join our team who will focus patient access to innovative therapies.
He/she will support the development and implementation of the Market Access Strategy for the designated therapeutic areas.
Operationally will manage and develop reimbursement dossiers and supporting documentation (clinical added value pricing economic value) for health authorities and payers.
In this role the incumbent will be responsible for:
Building price and reimbursement strategies that will ensure competitive positioning of our drugs throughout their whole lifecycle.
Advising the Global/Regional Teams on pipeline evidence generation needs and labeling discussions.
Identifying data gaps and executing the necessary projects on outcome research to support therapeutic areas during its lifecycle.
Developing the value propositions (clinic and economic) in the designated therapeutic areas.
Supporting economic models local adaptation.
Creating innovative contracting opportunities and development of customer and target-oriented access models.
Understanding and using several sorts of information such as medical epidemiological and economic.
Directly interacting with stakeholders at national and hospital levels.
Promoting cross-functional collaboration ensuring Access value integration into brand team priorities.
Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues from Corporate Affairs Account Access Pricing Outcomes Research Regulatory Marketing Medical Market Research and Finance to ensure alignment on market access strategies coordination on local actions and data collection.
Benchmarking sharing best practices and interacting efficiently with colleagues from other countries the region or headquarters.
Education & Experience
University degree (pharmacist master in sciences or similar) with HE training preferible;
Good understanding of the market access environment pharma industry and healthcare system in general;
Preferred previous experience on HTA context and pharma industry;
English.
