Role Overview :
We are looking for a Stores Officerto manage and control materials inventory and logisticsat the façade project site. The role involves coordinating with the project execution and installation teams ensuring timely material availability and supporting smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee store operationsand maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage logistics inward/outward material movement and proper documentation (GRN MRN Issue Slips)
- Implement inventory control practicesto minimize discrepancies and stock-outs
- Coordinate with procurement vendors and transportersfor timely material delivery
- Support and liaise with the installation team at project sitefor smooth execution
- Conduct stock auditsand ensure compliance with company systems/ERP
- Maintain site material reports and communicate regularly with Head Office
- Graduate/Diploma in Materials Management Logistics or Supply Chain
- 36 years of experiencein store & inventory management at construction/project sites
- Knowledge of façade/building materialspreferred
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems
- Strong skills in logistics coordination documentation and team support
- Work on prestigious façade projectsacross India
- Exposure to modern inventory and logistics management practices
