Job Summary

Were hiring a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead validation and site execution activities across multiple projects. This role demands strong documentation review vendor coordination and customer communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Review Validation documents and estimates
Evaluate Soft Signoff and Project Signoff documentation
Analyze Validation KOM and PSOD estimates
Site Measurements Site Validation Kickoff meetings
Prepare and execute detailed job sheets
Share site progress updates with customers every alternate day
Coordinate with vendors to track and accelerate work progress
Ensure timely and smooth handover of completed projects
Handling end to end project production installation and handovers
Knowledge of cutlist

Requirements

Proven experience in project management preferably in validation or site execution domains
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Familiarity with vendor coordination and client reporting

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Confident and clear telephone manner. Ability to ask questions listen actively and communicate value. Good understanding of customer behaviour. Basic knowledge of home interiors preferred (training will be provided). Ability to work with CRMs (Zoho CRM experience is a plus). Strong discipline consistency and willingness to learn. Experience: 0 to 3 years in tele-calling pre-sales customer service inside sales or similar roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. System Requirements (Work From Home) Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). Laptop or desktop with good audio quality. Quiet workspace for calling. Availability during business hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday).
