ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Feedlot Administration Team at Pinegrove on a permanent this position you will undertake a broad range of activities including:
- Timely and accurate processing reporting and recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable feed invoicing and data entry using relevant financial system weighbridge operations
- Monitor site grain inventory liaise with vendors and trucking companies to organise and confirm bookings for entry into the Commodity Management System
- Ensuring livestock documentation and reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Undertaking batches contracts and creditors reporting for all assets to and from site including sampling and testing of commodities for quality assurance purposes.
- Undertaking the timely and accurate processing reporting and recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Provide onsite and online contact and support for IT providers and system users including management of visitors and contractors and the receipt of all feedlot specific drugs for treatment onsite.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an administration role as well as
- High level computer and numerical literacy including the ability to learn and use specialist feedlot systems with a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships partnerships and networks.
- Accurate record keeping skills.
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to remain level-headed under pressure.
