About the Role:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Virtual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and engaging candidates virtually ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Source screen and engage candidates in Dutch for various roles.

Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

Track and report recruitment metrics and candidate interactions accurately.
Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in recruitment virtual recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.

Ability to work within CET hours and flexible shifts as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:

Net Salary: 42000 TL

Attendance Bonus: 5000 TL (for 100% shift compliance valid until end of 2025)

Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of net salary
