A well-established igaming company based in Malta is currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing prompt solutions to enhance the user experience.
This role is 100% office based offering an annual salary of 26K benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering customer support and resolving inquiries via chat and email
- Guiding customers through the website assisting with navigation account setup and management
- Working closely with teams such as Payments and Fraud to maintain a safe and reliable environment
- Collecting customer feedback to help enhance services and relaying important information to the relevant departments
Education Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in online igaming customer support (non-negotiable)
- Native-level German proficiency both written and spoken
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts including late evenings nights and weekends
- Patience and empathy when handling customer inquiries and concerns
