What Youll Do
We are seeking a driven and proactive Retention Agent to engage with clients in the Portuguese-speaking Forex market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for customer service and a solid understanding of client retention techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.
- Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.
- Provide market updates promotions and relevant information to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Previous experience in client retention sales or customer service ideally within Forex or finance.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Proactive persuasive and confident in handling objections.
