We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join an exciting assignment. The role covers a wide range of CRM analytics and development tasks with a strong focus on data-driven insights and customer engagement.
Assignment Scope
- Develop scalable forecasting models in Power BI
- Work with customer segmentation and behavioral analysis
- Update and optimize Salesforce data structures
- Define and track loyalty KPIs
- Review customer journeys and map relevant KPIs
- Migrate dashboards and reports into a new datalake environment
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense
- Academic background in data science statistics computer science mathematics or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to transform and manage data
- Excellent analytical mindset problem-solving ability and communication skills
- Solid track record in CRM analytics customer segmentation and customer data interpretation
Meriting Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce environments advanced data visualization and cloud-based solutions (e.g. Azure)
