What Youll do
As a Portuguese-Speaking Conversions Agent youll be at the front line of the sales processtransforming leads into active trading clients and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming leads and guide them through the deposit process.
- Use proven scripts and sales techniques to maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Forex regulations during all client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing customer support and retention teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor and report on conversion performance and client feedback.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Forex sales conversion or a related customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
