Job Description
Position: Sales Manager (Land and Property)
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Salary: $2500-$3000 commission
About the Role
Were on the lookout for driven Sales Manager to lead sales for one of Cambodias most exciting real estate development projects. You will drive sales with both Cambodian and international buyers delivering strong results in a fast-paced high-value market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and execution for residential and mixed-use projects.

Build and manage relationships with local and overseas buyers.

Oversee sales team performance and ensure monthly targets are met.

Represent the project at events roadshows and client meetings.

Report directly to senior management with sales forecasts and market insights.
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of proven success in real estate sales.

Strong network of local and international buyers.

Confident communicator and skilled negotiator.

Driven target-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
