- Sales task
- Directly assist and guide customers in the process of submitting and receiving testing samples at the office.
- Monitor and follow up on the logistics process of customer samples sent to the Vietnam branch.
- Update customers visiting the office with new service information and relevant company updates.
- Understand internal procedures systems market laws and regulations (training will be provided) to efficiently handle tasks and provide prompt effective consultation for successful order acquisition.
- Conduct market customer and competitor research to support the Business Development team in identifying business opportunities within the Food and Agriculture Testing industry.
- Support in identifying approaching and developing potential clients and key decision-makers in the Cambodian market via phone email or in-person meetings to introduce testing services and propose suitable solutions; build and maintain a comprehensive database of target clients in relevant sectors.
- Prepare quotations track progress to close deals and participate in tender preparation as required by clients.
- Achieving target assigned by Head of BD Department
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through regular meetings follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate closely with the Vietnam branch to ensure information is processed efficiently and clients are supported promptly and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development Department..
- Other specific tasks assigned by Head of BD Department.
- Marketing & PR task
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing staff to organize workshops exhibitions and commercial events in Cambodia.
- Build and strengthen relationships with associations NGOs and government authorities to support business development activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of chemical engineering biotechnology or food technology business administration economic or other related major
- At least 1-year experience in Food/ Agriculture Testing or Food Industry.
- Strong sales competent knowing well and having good network in the Food & Beverage manufacturing Food & Beverage import - export industry; Agricultural production in Cambodia.
- Have knowledge in Food Testing Food Safety Quality Control;
- Good at Khmer & English or Vietnamese 4 skills.
- Problem -solving skills with key/target clients
- Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks under pressure while ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Quick to adapt in fast-paced environments; always open to new ideas and actively contribute to team and company growth
