Position Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring efficient service delivery in transportation warehousing and logistics functions. The role requires strong leadership operational expertise customer relationship management and business development to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Manage branch operations including transportation fleet management and logistics services.
Ensure timely dispatch tracking and delivery of consignments.
Monitor vehicle utilization route planning and fuel efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Business Development & Client Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the region.
Negotiate contracts rates and service agreements with customers and vendors.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service satisfaction.

Financial & Performance Management

Prepare and monitor branch budgets cost controls and revenue targets.
