This is a fully remote position but it requires you to be a resident of and legally authorized to work in Greece. For highly qualified candidates currently residing outside of Greece we offer a comprehensive relocation package including flight tickets and accommodation to help you make the move and get settled.
The Role
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients in the Danish market. You will provide high-quality support and guidance for a wide range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to listen to customers needs and questions and guide them toward a positive resolution with patience and a clear simple approach. While previous experience is a plus it is not a requirement as we provide a thorough paid training program to get you up to speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone chat and email assisting customers with their questions about products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Provide friendly and efficient support to resolve a variety of customer concerns escalating more complex issues to a specialized team when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions feedback and details in the companys internal systems.
- Customer Guidance: Guide customers through solutions ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products services and support procedures.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Danish: You must be a fluent Danish speaker (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English Proficiency: A minimum of B2 English proficiency is required for internal communication team meetings and training.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: A natural desire to help others and a calm empathetic demeanor.
- Problem-Solver: A strong ability to listen and provide clear simple solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn about new products and adapt to an evolving environment.
- Location: Must be a resident of Greece with the legal right to work.
