Job Description
Are you a passionate litigator with a keen interest in intellectual property and patents Were excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an IP & Patent Litigation Associate in Washington DC with options to work from San Francisco or New York City. This is an onsite/hybrid role.
What Youll Do:
- Engage in high-stakes litigation encompassing patentability inoperability and freedom-to-operate issues.
- Prepare and respond to inter partes review (IPR) boards and work closely with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
- Contribute to resolving groundbreaking disputes in artificial intelligence software development and machine learning sectors.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation.
- Strong academic background preferably from a top-tier law school.
- Experience in patent and trade secrets disputes with prior work on IPR petitions highly desirable.
- Graduate degree with active USPTO registration; patent bar preferred.
- Admission to practice in the relevant state bar or eligibility to obtain admission quickly.
