Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Team Lead on the Sales team in our Gurgaon Office youll play a vital role in driving new business growth and leading a team of sales professionals to success. Youll combine individual contribution with leadership to execute outbound strategies coach your team and convert prospects into long-term clients. Youll help build and scale our presence in India by cultivating strong relationships with top brands and agencies.

To thrive in this role youll need:

  • 8 years of experience in Digital / Ad Tech sales with a proven track record of closing new business

  • Strong existing relationships within the agency and brand landscape in the region

  • A hunter mindset with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development

  • Experience managing coaching and mentoring a high-performing sales team

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies

  • Exposure to both individual contribution and team management responsibilities

How youll make an impact:

  • Actively prospect and close new business opportunities across key verticals

  • Manage and support a team of sales managers to achieve individual and team goals

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts referrals events and networking

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position solutions effectively

  • Monitor sales KPIs forecast performance and report regularly on progress

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to boost efficiency
