Role Overview
WeNext is seeking a driven and articulate Sales & Partnerships Executive Chatbot Products to support business growth through lead generation client engagement and successful closure of chatbot integration deals. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle including developing a strong understanding of chatbot products engaging with prospects and working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
This position is ideal for graduates with foundational technical knowledge strong communication skills and a keen interest in technology-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of WeNexts chatbot products features and integration capabilities
- Identify generate and qualify leads for chatbot products and integration services
- Conduct product walkthroughs and deliver live demos to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements address queries effectively and propose suitable chatbot solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for demos integrations and solution alignment
- Lead commercial discussions negotiate terms and independently close sales opportunities
- Collect timely client feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Track leads follow-ups pipeline status and conversions using CRM or internal systems
- Travel as required for client meetings (limited to approximately 010%)
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (technical or computer-related background preferred)
- Basic understanding of software digital products or technology platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
- Good negotiation persuasion and deal-closing abilities
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad
- Open to limited travel as per business needs
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
