Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Distributor to expand our cement distribution network. The role involves managing sales channels building strong relationships with contractors retailers and construction companies and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet market demand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage distribution channels for cement products in assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new retailers wholesalers and contractors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Ensure timely supply chain coordination between company warehouse and customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (any field)
0-1 experience in cement construction materials or building products distribution.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Salary:12K-13K Incentive

Two wheeler is mandatory
