Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers through calls messages and digital channels
Understand customer requirements and pitch products or services effectively
Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closure
Consistently achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and conversions in CRM tools
Handle customer objections and resolve queries to ensure a smooth sales experience
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion
Provide market and customer feedback to help refine offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
03 years of experience in B2C sales inside sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
