Job Summary
What Youll Do
Strategic Leadership: Lead and scale the companys global billing and collections process establishing best-in-class follow-up protocols and best practice standards for the department.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team
High-Level Negotiations: Personally handle senior-level customer escalations and complex negotiations to secure payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Process Automation: Identify design and implement system improvements and automation levels to streamline the collections workflow.
Performance Tracking: Implement track and achieve aggressive KPIs providing advanced data analysis on collection health to the executive team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales CS Product and Finance to resolve customer disputes and refine the overall customer financial experience.
