Were looking for a Service Repairs Supervisor to join our Service Team in Mascot NSW.

What will you be doing

  • Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works

  • Ordering materials working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors

  • Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team

  • Managing repairs team performance and skill development

  • Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently

  • Performing quality and safety audits

  • Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

What are we looking for

  • Strong mechanical background

  • Trade certification preferred

  • Experience working in the elevator industry an advantage

  • People management experience

  • Full drivers licence

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams

  • Strong commitment to safety in the workplace

  • Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact
