Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A passion for luxury hospitality and an instinct for creating meaningful human connections
- Experience or exposure to front office operations (hotel or hospitality setting preferred)
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solvers mindset
- Ability to stay composed and agile in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility across evenings weekends and public holidays
