Job Summary

As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. From arrival to departure your professionalism attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
  • Handle guest enquiries and phone calls efficiently and with genuine care
  • Promote Accors loyalty program by highlighting perks and encouraging sign-ups
  • Support occupancy and revenue goals through confident upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest-focused service

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
  • A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
