- Support occupancy and revenue goals through confident upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest-focused service

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
- A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
