Size and functions of local team: 1 Sales Manager 2 Channel AE BDR Manager Field Marketing. Team size will double in next 3 months.
Role description:
Outbound BDR roles driving new-logo pipeline for AEs. Youll research target accounts run multichannel outreach (email phone social) qualify opportunities and co-ordinate first meetings. Can work with channel partners Marketing and AEs to fuel a partner-led sales motion. Strong CRM discipline crisp discovery and value-based qualification.

Strong sales leadership with ex-Mendix DNA; intelligent fun authentic people
Must haves:
Some outbound/BD experience mostly character/coachability and potential

Comfort working with technical product and ICP interested and able to pick it up
Nice to haves:
Exposure to logistics retail or manufacturing ICPs
Background in integration/data tooling
Familiarity with MEDDPICC-style qualification
Worked with channel partners
Salary range & secondary benefits:
OTE: 60K for <1 year relevant exp; 70K for 12 years (approx. 70/30 split)
Strong secondaries: 30 holiday days pension contribution learning budget equity via Employee Investment Programme
