Role description:
Fresh BDR starts a training school / good onboarding combining e-learning assessments and role-plays to teach everything about product and sales. (First 2-3 weeks)
You start working on smaller inbound leads (PT studios etc) later move up to bigger inbound leads.
After 3 months you also start working outbound 70% outbound - 30% inbound. Outbound means getting lead lists and doing they get warmed up by e-mails and marketing campaigns and the BDRs reach out to them over phone.
