About the Role
Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious entrepreneurial and commercially driven BDR / SDR Manager to join our team in Amsterdam as one of our initial GTM hires!
In this high-impact role youll collaborate closely with our Sales team to create and execute our GTM strategy at Stacks. If youre excited by the idea of limitless growth and fast-paced challenges this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career as you help shape the future of Stacks.
What Youll Do
Leading Outbound: Hiring your own team and being responsible for all outbound activities of our current and future team
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK.
Outbound Strategy: Craft outreach campaigns across email pick up the phone and use LinkedIn to generate leads.
Discovery & Qualification: Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with Stacks.
Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on our product and the month-end close space to confidently pitch our solution and clearly communicate our value to prospects.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with GTM to refine our messaging improve outreach strategy and build a repeatable outbound motion.
Growth Opportunity: As an early BDR hire youll help shape the foundation of our outbound function.
What You Need
13 Years of SaaS BDR Experience: Youve already been a BDR/SDR and have a proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
Hunger to Win: Youre competitive resilient and energized by goals.
Coachability & Drive: Youre eager to learn take feedback well and constantly improve.
Clear Communicator: Whether in writing on the phone or over video you know how to get a point across in a clear way.
Curiosity & Grit: You ask great questions listen carefully and dont give up easily.
Understanding of the UK market: Familiarity with the UK enterprise finance ecosystem is a great plus
