Marketing & Communications Specialist Benelux

We are looking for a creative and action-oriented Marketing & Communication Specialist to accelerate Emersons growth in the Benelux region. This role goes beyond traditional marketing its about creating meaningful experiences activating engagement and bringing fresh ideas to life to attract new customers while continuing to nurture existing relationships.

You will lead customer-facing events localize global strategies and build strong media and partner networks to amplify Emersons presence. With the right balance of creativity and execution you will help us transition from a primarily nurturing-focused approach to one that actively drives growth and visibility across new audiences.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Event Management & Customer Engagement

• Plan Host and deliver customer-facing events such as networking sessions trade fairs and flagship customer events in Benelux.

• Ensure all events reinforce Emersons brand and support commercial growth objectives.

Market Activation & Strategy Execution

• Translate Business Unit (BU) strategies into impactful local marketing initiatives.

• Partner closely with sales and BU teams to align activities and maximize market impact.

Media & Communication

• Manage relationships with local media partners to increase brand visibility.

• Localize and adapt global press releases and messaging for the Benelux audience.

• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency.

Brand Awareness & Content Creation

• Lead the creation and localization of marketing collateral (digital & print) website content and newsletters.

• Safeguard consistent corporate branding across all touchpoints.

Compliance & Governance

• Perform all responsibilities in line with Emerson procedures ethics and trade compliance guidelines.

For This Role You Will Need:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communication

• Experience in event management content creation or media relations

• Bachelors degree or equivalent level in Marketing Communication

• Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English

• Plans ahead but does not fear mistakes. Loves to learn together.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate across business units

• In-depth knowledge of at least one major Industry such aschemical pharma petrochemical oil & gasor similar
