What were looking for:
Degree in IT or similar
5 years of experience in Business Analyst roles
Experience in gathering analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience in designing services/processes and supporting project documentation;
Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Familiar with BPMN UML and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence Miro or similar
Knowledge of testing and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria is valued
Good English level
Dynamism and sense of responsibility;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a remote/hybrid work environment.
