Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage migrate and update SQL databases including creating relationships indexes keys and handling backend data operations.
- Understand and migrate legacy Microsoft Access databases including front-end forms and back-end updates.
- Handle large datasets for cleaning and transformation removing duplicates normalizing data and integrating across systems.
- Optionally work with Adobe Forms as a replacement for Wufoo.
- Automate data flows from forms to databases or dashboards using Power Automate or equivalent.
- Gather requirements document workflows and create functional specifications.
- Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and design automated streamlined solutions.
- Translate operational needs into actionable KPIs metrics and visualizations.
- Debug slow or failing systems and track down data issues across multiple sources.
- Work closely with departments such as Operations Accounting Properties TSA Concessions CMMS Airside IT and external vendors.
- Explain technical solutions in non-technical language to end-users.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for system implementation.
- Understand and handle restricted or sensitive data (e.g. airport security TSA data) in compliance with security protocols.
Mandatory Skills:
- Database & Data Management
- SQL Server: Ability to manage migrate and update SQL databases including creating relationships indexes keys and handling backend data operations.
- Microsoft Access: Understand legacy Access databases front-end forms and back-end updates; ability to migrate Access data to SQL/modern platforms.
- Data Integration / APIs: Experience connecting multiple systems via APIs automated data feeds.

- Power BI: Strong skills in building dashboards KPIs automated reports filtering slicers drill-through and using service accounts/gateways.
- TIC (Toad Intelligence Central): Experience building scheduled and parameterized reports.
- Excel / Advanced Excel: PivotTables formulas macros/VBA connecting to external databases for reporting.
- Forms & Data Collection Tools
- Microsoft Forms & Canvas / Power Apps: Ability to design interactive forms collect data from multiple users handle attachments and integrate with SQL/Power BI.
