DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analyses financial reports and audit schedules
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare monthly expense breakdown
- Maintain fixed asset records and conduct fixed assets counts
- Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to ESFs investment operations including preparing accounting entries and audit schedules related to the investment portfolio.
Requirement:
- Tertiary educated with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting in a sizable organisation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English fluent in Cantonese and written Chinese
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and maintain a positive and can-do attitude
- Immediate availability is preferred
