Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ethical Promotion: Ensure all promotional activities are conducted in strict accordance with local regulations industry codes (e.g. HKAPI) and Gileads internal compliance policies.
Scientific Engagement: Deliver accurate balanced and non-promotional scientific information to HCPs avoiding off-label discussions and ensuring transparency in all communications.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of field interactions expenses and activities in line with audit and compliance requirements.
Training & Certification: Complete all mandatory compliance training and certifications before engaging in field activities; stay updated on evolving regulatory standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams to ensure promotional materials and messaging are approved and compliant.
Field Intelligence: Report adverse events and product complaints promptly and accurately through designated channels.
Transparency & Integrity: Uphold Gileads values of integrity respect and accountability in all interactions with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology sales roles.
Proven ability to engage HCPs in complex clinical discussions.
Strong understanding of cancer treatment pathways and evolving therapeutic landscapes.
Strong communication strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with ADCs immunotherapies or targeted therapies.
Exposure to cross-functional planning and POA development.
Ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial and real-world data.
