Job Summary

Our client one of the worlds leading digital asset companies is seeking a Corporate Counsel with a strong expertise in M&A to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and Web3 innovation with a global leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and advise on M&A transactions investments and joint ventures.
Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions including crypto-related regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Manage external counsel and mentor junior legal staff.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years PQE in corporate law preferably within a large corporation or law firm
Strong expertise in M&A investment and joint venture transactions.
Good knowledge of crypto and Web3 technologies is an advantage
Proven knowledge of corporate governance securities law contracts and compliance.
Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
