Job Description
Hospice RN $90000$105000 Sign-On Bonus
We are hiring an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver quality patient-centered care and support families through end-of-life care.
What Youll Do:
Provide direct hospice nursing care per individualized plans
Perform assessments implement interventions and document accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
Participate in rotating on-call coverage (evenings/weekends)
Requirements:
Active unencumbered RN license (state of employment)
Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
Drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90000$105000 annually
Up to $5000 sign-on bonus
