About the Role
As the Senior Manager CI Strategy youll play a pivotal role in leading the development of the Consumer Insurance strategy ensuring alignment with broader Enterprise strategy and goals.
Youll lead structured problem-solving sessions strategic workshops deliver strategic insights and support key planning activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of Consumer Insurance strategy aligned with Group Strategy.
- Lead hypothesis-driven problem solving and strategic analysis.
- Deliver market scans competitor analysis and commercial insights.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders including ELT Board and regulators.
- Design and facilitate outcome driven strategy workshops
- Lead key components of business planning and track progress against strategic milestones.
- Provide ad hoc strategic and commercial analysis as required.
What Youll Bring
- 7 years experience in Corporate or Business Unit Strategy including leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years in Strategy Consulting at a top-tier firm (preferred).
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not essential
- Proficient analytical financial and strategic problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks first principles & structured problem-solving and valuation techniques.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expert-level writing (PowerPoint writing) and presentation skills for executive audiences.
