職務目的Job Purpose

• 金融機関や総合専門商社製造運輸建設住宅販売等の事業会社を母体とする保険代理店企業代理店を通じた大企業中堅企業あるいは企業内の個人のお客様へのリスクソリューションを提供しそれを起点として各種の損害保険商品を推進することで収益を拡大していくことが部門の目的です
• お客様に誠実に向き合いながら企業代理店と信頼関係を築き共に成長できる環境を作っていくことが営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です

職責Job Responsibilities

• 企業代理店の皆様にAIGの有する様々なValueをご理解頂きそれを活かしたお客様に最適なソリューションを提案する
• 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて収益を伴う成長に向けた施策を検討し実行する
• 所属するチームのサブリーダー的な役割としてチーム内での情報の共有各種施策の実行計画の立案人材育成にも参画予定
