仕事の内容

専業プロ代理店を担当し売上貢献のために企画提案など代理店に対してコンサルティングするお仕事です個人法人への直接営業はございません

複数の代理店を担当し販売戦略をたて売上に貢献いただきます代理店の方からの信頼も厚く誇りとやりがいを持てるお仕事です

本社と地域事業本部の方針に則り戦略施策を遂行していただくことを期待します

中長期的には難易度の高いマーケット開発や将来専業プロ代理店となる研修生の採用育成などもお任せしていきます保険商品のみならず仕事を通じて幅広く多くのことを学びプロフェッショナルに成長できます

教育研修

座学とOJTを組み合わせ保険の知識や業務の流れを徐々に覚えて業務対応を行っていただきます入社者のほとんどが未経験者です未経験者でもしっかりと育成していきますのでご安心ください

最終学歴学士号または同等の学位

給与想定年収512万円910万円給与はご経験スキルに応じて決定します

月給370577円基本給277933円固定残業代92644円

固定残業代の相当時間42.0時間/月

賞与年一回支給

就業時間9時17時所定労働時間7時間残業が発生する場合あり

通勤手当会社規定に基づき支給

休日完全週休二日制土日祝年末年始12/301/3

有給休暇初年度入社直後に5日もしくは10日入社月による最高付与日数20日
