Job Summary

Job Title: General Labor (2nd Shift)
Shift: 2PM Start Time
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Type: 90-Day Contract to Hire
Openings: 2 Positions Available

A manufacturing facility in Roseville is seeking two General Laborers to support production operations on the first shift. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential following a 90-day contract-to-hire period.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks including material handling machine loading/unloading and part preparation
Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of work areas to ensure a safe organized environment
Support operators and technicians with general production duties
Follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable hardworking and eager to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Must have plasma cutting band saw and grinding exp.
