Pay Rate: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour $1.50 shift differential
Shift: 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role focuses on keeping production machinery and equipment running efficiently through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting preventive maintenance and process improvements. You will work in a collaborative hands-on environment supporting industrial manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions using logical systematic methods
Perform installation alignment and calibration of mechanical drive systems
Complete preventive maintenance tasks including major service and overhaul of production machinery
Replace failed parts and adjust equipment to operational specifications
Maintain lubrication schedules and ensure machinery reliability
Inspect repair and install electrical wiring circuits switch boxes conduits lighting fixtures and other components
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS to track equipment performance and plan future maintenance
Recommend process improvements based on equipment performance
Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper maintenance practices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical background with proven troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with production equipment and shop tools (drill press band saw portable tools)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and OEM manuals
Strong computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook CMMS)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and mentor team members
Successful completion of certification testing and any required online assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with manufacturing equipment repair and troubleshooting in physical production environments
Clear documentation of prior maintenance roles including machinery types and products manufactured
Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and circuits
Team player with effective communication skills

Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury and maintain a safe work environment
Report accidents unsafe conditions and incidents immediately
Maintain a learning mindset to stay current with maintenance procedures equipment and best practices

Physical Demands:

Able to work safely in an industrial maintenance environment
Meet physical requirements to perform hands-on maintenance tasks
Follow environmental procedures for handling materials and minimizing environmental impact
