Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric ECMO Specialist Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Houston Texas. This is a night shift opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about providing life-saving care to pediatric and neonatal patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert ECMO support for pediatric and neonatal patients
- Monitor and manage ECMO circuits and patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate closely with the NICU team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate and family-centered care in high-acuity settings
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Minimum of two years of experience as an ECMO Specialist
- Prior experience working with pediatric or NICU patients
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in critical care environments
