Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Health Systems Manager to develop and advance relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and other strategic organizations within the region. This role requires a strong track record of leadership without authority excellent influencing skills and the ability to drive impact in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment. The Health Systems Manager will utilize tools resources and data insights to shape strategy deliver effective solutions and improve patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IDNs and strategic organizations within the assigned region.

• Effectively leverage company tools and resources to advance patient care initiatives.

• Demonstrate leadership and influence without formal authority in cross-functional environments.

• Conduct effective presentations of technical information concerning projects initiatives or timelines.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and problem-solving.

• Analyze data information and insights to define and refine strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Primary Skills:

• Proven leadership ability in a matrixed and collaborative environment.

• Strong influencing and negotiating skills across internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished executive presence.

• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Smartsheet and CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals life sciences account management or hospital sales.

Strongly Preferred (for Health Systems Manager):

• Experience in CNS and Specialty Pharmacy.

• Background in institutional and/or IDN/complex systems.

Qualifications for Senior Health Systems Manager:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.

• At least 3 years in Institutional IDN/complex health system management or Regional Sales Management.

• Demonstrated national-level leadership experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Professionalism integrity and ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment.

• Ability to operate independently with limited support/guidance.

• Ability to travel 50 75% of the time.
