Welcome patients ensuring a warm and professional first impression
Confirm all patient appointments in advance managing the appointment diary
Process payments handle billing and navigate HICAPS insurance claims
Guide patients in selecting the perfect frames and lens styles
Resolve customer concerns with a commitment to satisfaction
Open and close the practice
Train new staff
Balance end-of-day accounts and banking
Curate sales merchandising - showcase the latest in eyewear fashion
Monitor lens and frame stock levels meet with sales reps to select cutting-edge designs and phase out discontinued styles
Keep the practice sparkling clean and visually appealing reflecting the commitment to quality
