Job Description:

We are seeking a senior Business Analyst (BA) with extensive expertise in the Financial Services (BFS) domain. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements facilitating business/technology alignment and enabling digital transformation. This role is based in Charlotte NC and offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders product owners and technology teams to elicit and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into BRDs FRDs user stories process flows and acceptance criteria.
Perform gap analysis feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate solutions and support UAT.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives within the banking/financial domain.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement daily standups and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of banking operations wealth management lending or investment products.
Proven track record in preparing BRDs FRDs wireframes and user stories.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira Confluence Visio.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams (technology operations compliance and business).
