Job Description
情報収集と共有
顧客との関係を構築しニーズ課題などをタイムリーに把握理解提案が出来る
社内外のリソースを有効に活用して主体的に情報市場/競合等の動向を発信している
自身の持つ情報や知識技術を共有しチーム全体のインパクトに貢献している
蓄積したデータベースを元に他部署との共有を行うことが出来る
自身の職務に関する情報だけでなく関連する情報/知識を高め他部署へも発信が出来るケアエリア等
戦略計画
与えられた目標数字に対して四半期ごとの行動計画が立てられている
カスタマーへのインパクトの視点から自分が行うべき業務やタイムラインを把握している
所属するチームのプライオリティを理解しその達成のために自身の業務をどのように進めるかを計画している
業務指示や手順を遵守するとともに戦略や計画の変更の指示に対しても柔軟に対応している
実行
コンプライアンスを順守し社内外において正しい活動を行っている
上司等の意見を参考にしながら活動において意思決定を行うことが出来ている
お客様向けの勉強会等を企画し製品プレゼンテーションが行える
利益を意識した活動が行えていること
失敗を恐れず何事にもチャレンジする精神を持っている
情報や知識技術を活用しまたその向上に努めつつ自身のプライオリティ達成のために行動している
業務の遂行に関連する情報を上司等や業務に関わる社員と正確にコミュニケーションして業務を遂行している
顧客から信頼されるために必要な行動を考えられる
振返り改善
自身の行動計画を定期的に振り返り行動計画を見直す
業務を遂行する中での学びや気づきを上司等に報告しアドバイスを受けつつ改善に取り組んでいる
今後身につけるべき知識スキルを特定し上司等にアドバイスを求めてその向上に取り組んでいる
