- Work closely with Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and team performance
- Take part in people management: monitor overall team spirit and motivation handle F2F meetings act as a coach for the team in people related questions help with performance reviews work with roadmaps etc.
- Coordinate the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports project schedules and meeting agendas and minutes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and vendors
- Coordinate meetings and workshops prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
- Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in people management activities including recruitment and team development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
