DescriptionOur client is the Polish subsidiary of an international group specializing in beverage dispensing equipment and technical solutions. The company supports customers across Poland and plays a key role in the groups global manufacturing and supply network. Locally it manages procurement logistics and product data offering a dynamic international environment focused on quality efficiency and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Select suppliers and negotiate terms;
- Plan procurement activities and run master planning;
- Create and manage purchase orders;
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing quotations new products availability shipment coordination and issue resolution;
- Arrange transport for supplier pickups;
- Approve purchase invoices and monitor supplier performance;
- Handle customs clearance for goods received from outside the EU;
- Create and maintain product data in the ERP system;
- Ensure accurate product details including nomenclature weights country of origin and coverage group;
- Prepare products for listing: select eligible items assign categories add specifications collect images and upload product photos;
- Set up customers and users in the web shop;
- Company Car Administration
- Manage leasing invoices and maintaining contact with leasing companies;
- Coordinate tire changes service appointments and insurance validity checks;
- Oversee post-accident repairs and comprehensive insurance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in procurement and supplier management (2-3 years);
- Familiarity with ERP systems and product data management;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively;
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
